We collect personal information necessary to deliver property management services, including name, phone number, email address, property/room assignment, and government ID for tenant verification (KYC). Phone numbers are collected with explicit resident consent during account onboarding.
Phone numbers are strictly utilized for transactional messaging, including one-time authentication passwords (OTPs), monthly rent dues notices, payment receipts, and emergency property circulars.
